Thank you Mr. Chairman, Good afternoon, Ladies and Gentelmen.
I would like to consider another point. When a young man graduates from a technical university… Mr. Chairman, don't worry. I'm going to keep to the subject. So when a young man graduates from a technical university, he becomes an engineer of a technical corporation, or technical manager of a broadcasting company. He has learnt a lot of formulas, theorems, and theories. He can solve problems. But he cannot get ruggedized.
He knows technical principles, but he doesn't know, what a sale profit is. He believes that picture and sound quality have to be fantastic for the broadcasting systems to be successful, but he doesn't know how much these systems cost. Sometimes he looks like a man from a funny story I'm going to tell you. So, a man was having breakfast in a russian restaurant. He took a drink from his cup, and then said to the waiter: "Is it tea or coffee?" "Can't you tell the difference, sir, by the taste?" - said the waiter. "No, I can't" - said the man. "Well", - said the waiter, - "if you can't tell the difference, what does it matter which it is?" And you can say "and what about "The on-line customized selection system?" I think, you can guess. The on-line customized selection system teaches to tell the difference. Quite seriously. This system can teach a young engineer or a student that the technical parameters of the broadcasting system have to be right to the market, for the time and for the aspirations of a program manager. He teaches that the cost is a critical factor. You can say that the reality can teach, but it is time consuming. You can ask me: "Why this system can teach?" My answer is: "This system can teach because it is interactive. We know that feedback and interactivity are key points of any training course, so I have very good reason to believe that "The on-line customized selection system" can also teach.
Thank you for your attention.
