Good afternoon.
So we just heard about tremendous load of working made by Mr. Gadiyan as a real boss of the Company. But I would stress that mostly he is a first class engineer. And that's why he missed the most important aspect of his work. I understand that virtual - as I call it - "virtual integration" (it might be said so) - is a disguised "e-commerce", because the real task of this tremendous work is to improve or boost revenues, because it's not for the purpose of just a technical achievements (it's very beautiful thing), but it is disguised e-commerce. E-commerce now is "buzz" word, all over the world, and I'm amazed that Mr. Gadiyan's insight into the future. In fact, for the first time in Russia, he proposed "e-commerce" in a implemented form, not in words. And as far as I know, he now has increased his revenues, may be a little bit, but still it's a trend. But I would stress that not only his revenues can be boosted by this e-mail customisation, but also his clients' revenues. They would speed up the choice of equipment, and that's why they would speed up their activities, their business and their revenues.
First of all I would summarise what has been done by Mr. Gadiyan and his colleagues. I understand that first item, first step is to gather material, to know how to integrate. First of all they should have very huge material base. I know it's very well because as a science editor of our oldest in Russia technical journal "Motion Picture and Television Technology" we gather at least three - no - thirty kilograms papers from each exhibition to analyse and to study, because we need to cover all topics. And second step is to analyse this material. Then comes real integration procedures. It's most important for people. And the fourth is on-line contacts with customers. And the last, bust most important - is gaining revenues. So, I can appreciate the huge amount of work only for the first stage - it is material gathering. I would propose a new term, electronic material gathering - EMG.
