Thank you Mark. Thank you, Sir. Thank you very much indeed. I didn't know that I was expected to speak here, so I don't have a prepared speech, but I must tell you that I'm very-very pleasantly surprised by what I have heard so far. Frankly, when I received the invitation to come to the broadcast press conference, what I expected that was some announcements of projects which have been manufactured in Russia and which are available for broadcasters worldwide, but I did not know that actually what you were going to announce is an advisory service. And I think it's absolutely wonderful that you've been able to do this. I have to tell you that for years now we have been thinking of establishing such a service for the benefit of broadcasters in the Asia-Pacific Region. The only reason we were not able to do that was because all the Broadcasting Unions must be seen as being about commercial interest, and it's being extremely difficult for us to embark on a project that might involve our giving commercial information, that some companies would like and others would not, and we had to be on neutral ground in that respect.

So, I'm very-very really pleased that there is a company outside that Broadcasting Union environment which is providing that kind of service and I would be delighted to bring this to the attention of all of the broadcasters in Asia-Pacific region. I would simply ask you to provide us with the little more information, for instance the price information that we believe you offer for particular packages. There is also a number of uncertain elements, for instance are these export prices, whether the import duties which would different to different countries are taken into account. So we would probably need a little more elaboration, a little more detail about what information is being provided to your Web-site. I, as I said, I will be delighted to bring all this information to the attention of broadcasters in your region and I'm sure that they would regard this extremely valuable.

I start my business in the industry from Mark Krivocheev, I have to stress this. I was a vice-chairman of a study group for about eight years. The day I was elected to that particular position I was lost, I did not know how I would be able to deal with that, with that position. Until, shall I say, Professor Krivocheev undertook to take me as one of his deciphers and literally taught me the whole grammar of chairing the standard setting. He is a legend in the industry, and if he is happy with the kind of service that you are providing, it must be exceptional, it must be very-very good indeed.
