Any person can join distance ERA-Class training course through Internet. The person has to accept conditions of this Regulation, complete the training application form and pay for the selected course.

Duration of the courses - one month.
Beginning of the courses - first working day of month.
Completion of the courses - last working day of month.
Student receives following set of services:
Access to electronic version of training course, containing: systematic training material, intermediate tests simulators, examination test, announcement desk, contacts with teacher and participation in virtual press-conference;
After successful graduation student receives standard certificate by mail.
Payment should be made before third day of the month previous to the month of training.
If the payment is made later the training period is shifted one month later. If the student is not able to continue the training by his own reasons the payment for remaining period is not returned.
If the training is stopped by reason of ERA-Class, the payment for remaining period is to be returned.
